A little about who we are.  We are a family owned authorized Acura dealership located in Northern California and our parts come directly from the manufacturer. We only sell brand new OEM genuine parts (unless otherwise stated). Our eBay department is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm PST.  We are CLOSED on weekends and holidays and will process orders and questions when we open the following business day.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Our inventory is shared with our internal customers.  So in the event that we run out of a part and it needs to be ordered, it will ship 1-5 BUSINESS days later, depending on which warehouse it ships to us from. If this happens, we will let you know of any delays.  If you need the item fast, please email us and we can check stock and availability for you. That way we can provide you with a better ETA.
Please understand that carriers can and do get delayed due to unforeseen weather conditions!!
If you need to contact us, the best way is through eBay’s messaging system. Messages are checked during business hours.
In the case where a part or accessory is no longer available (discontinued) or is on back order, your PayPal payment will be refunded and a cancellation request will be sent.
Most of our OEM Acura parts and accessories carry a 1 year manufacturer warranty good at any Acura dealership.  Please keep your invoice as this will be needed if a warranty is necessary!
