This is in EXCELLENT shape. I bought this a few years ago and used it for a few weeks during a brief sublet. It got only very light usage, after which it was never turned on again because I've always had central air conditioning.
The window adapter is completely intact - no cuts or adjustments were made to it - and I never used the adhesive foam insulation, so those accessories are like new in condition.
I highly recommend this for anyone who can't install a window unit or anyone who lives on the ground floor and is worried about security.
(You can set it up so that you can remove the hose/plate from your window and close it when you're not present.)

This is heavy, but it's got wheels. You basically wheel this portable air conditioner into any room with a double hung or sliding window. Attach the included hose (4’ 11”) and the window adapter. then plug the unit into an outlet, and you're ready to go.
Once the summer's gone for good, you can unhook everything and store the unit until next summer.
