The battery included will only hold a charge for 20 minutes tops so the PDA will need a new replacement battery. There are a few fine scratches on the screen
    protector (the screen beneath is mint) and you will find some very fine minor scratches, minor signs of use on the outer housing. Over all appearance is very good. There is no
