    Description

    We got this item at the G.O.B. sale of a machine shop that built custom machines for manufacturers - from the Electro/Optics shop to be exact.
    When this unit is inserted between the camera and an object to be observed, it provides a diffuse light that makes small features much easier to detect.
    This unit emits continuous red light (not a strobe unit).
    Up to 24 VDC is supplied through a mini phono plug. The picture was taken at 12 VDC.
    The unit is fan cooled. I opened it to show you that all 64 LEDs are working.
