Cosmetic Condition:
Power Supply is new; however, there is some scratching on the housing. It was originally packaged in bulk and the manufacturer did not have padding between each unit, so the corners, bottom, and faceplate were scratched from storage / handling. The last picture shows how it was packaged right next to another. See pictures for examples of damage.
